Overview
The Worker System lets players earn ZCoins by working inside shops located in the Main Capital. It is designed for players who prefer peaceful, cozy, non-combat gameplay rather than PvP-focused activities.
Instead of fighting or hunting monsters, players take on supporting roles such as cooking, assisting shop owners, delivering items, or helping maintain daily operations within the Capital.
Applying as a worker
Players who wish to work may apply directly to shop owners when there are openings. Once accepted, the player becomes an authorized employee of the shop and is assigned specific tasks and responsibilities based on the business's needs.
Payments and earnings
Workers are paid in ZCoins, according to the agreement set by the business owner. Earnings may depend on working time, assigned tasks, and overall performance. Some shops may also offer fixed wages, hourly pay, or task-based rewards, depending on their system.
Worker permissions
Business owners may grant workers limited access to shop systems depending on their role. In restaurants and food establishments, workers may help with cooking, storing food, managing chests, customer service, and maintaining item displays.
All permissions remain controlled by the shop owner, and workers can only perform actions that are explicitly allowed.
A peaceful path
The Worker System offers an alternative progression path for players who enjoy relaxed, community-focused gameplay. It encourages social interaction, roleplay, business cooperation, and economic participation without requiring PvP or high-risk activities.
