One world, two editions

Same lands, same settlements, same economy.

Bedrock names start with a dot, so they never clash with Java names. Include the dot whenever you give your in-game name: to the Council, the store, or an application.

Some menus and effects look slightly different on Bedrock. If something is broken on your edition, tell Council Support.

Questions

Do I need a website account or Discord to play?

No. You can join the server straight from Minecraft. Website sign-up, Discord and account linking are optional extras for the community, events and rewards, and they never decide whether you can play.

Is Zelvaria free to play?

Yes. Joining and playing cost nothing. The store sells optional cosmetic skins only, and they give no stats or gameplay advantage. Gold ZCoins can also be earned in-game through progression and trade. See the Store Terms.

Can I play on Bedrock Edition?

Yes. Zelvaria is crossplay, so Bedrock players share the same world, chat and economy as Java players. Choose Bedrock Edition at the top of this page for the address, port and steps. Your in-game name will start with a dot (for example .Steve).

Can I play on Xbox, PlayStation or Switch?

Console editions of Bedrock don’t let you add custom servers from the standard server list. Bedrock on Windows, Android and iOS is the most direct way in. A console guide will be added once the Council has tested the options.

Do I need to install mods or a modpack?

Zelvaria is a modded 1.21.11 realm built to work for Java and Bedrock players alike, and Bedrock clients can’t load Java mods. When the server offers a resource pack on join, accept it: the custom items, cosmetics and interface depend on it.

Whether an optional Java client pack will be offered: to be confirmed by the Council.

Which Minecraft version should I use?

Java Edition 1.21.11. For Bedrock, keep your game up to date from your platform’s store.

Why does my name start with a dot?

Bedrock players joining through the crossplay bridge (Floodgate) get a . prefix so their names never clash with Java names. Use the full name, dot included, when you contact support, buy from the store or apply for anything.

Is anything pay-to-win?

No. Everything sold is a cosmetic with no stats. Strength in Zelvaria is earned through time, effort and smart choices.

I can’t connect. What should I check?

Check that your version matches, that you copied the address exactly, and (on Bedrock) that the port is correct. If it still fails, tell Council Support your edition, version, and the exact error message.
