When you arrive in Zelvaria, you start with nothing. Your first goal is survival: gather food, craft basic tools, and build shelter. After that, you begin earning ZCoins to grow your place in the world.
The three coins
Zelvaria uses ZCoins (Zelvarian Coins) as its main currency. They come in three types: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. ZCoins are valuable, so spend and earn them wisely.
Bronze ZCoin
Used for small, everyday needs: food, torches, arrows, basic tools, and the per-player settlement and business tax for starters.
Silver ZCoin
Used for mid-value and semi-rare goods: gold and diamond tools, potions, mounts, land extensions, and the per-player settlement tax for the middle class.
Gold ZCoin
Used for rare, prestige and non-craftable items, such as cosmetics, titles and ranks.
Gold ZCoins are not easy to obtain. They are earned through a long process of grinding, trading, and progression. Players may also buy Gold ZCoins on the official store. ZCoins have no real-world value and cannot be cashed out.
How to earn ZCoins
- Become a supplier for the Bakery, Potion Shop, or Merchant Hall in the Main Capital.
- Apply and work as a shop worker in the Capital (see the Worker System).
- Complete quests.
- Explore, and trade goods and services with other players.
- Open and manage your own business, for example in Moonstone Market.

Reverse conversion is not allowed: Gold cannot be broken back into Silver, and Silver cannot be broken back into Bronze.
